Pete has a heart for people and spends most of his time counseling families in financial distress. In addition, he founded and serves as President of Shepherd’s Staff Ministries, Inc., a ministry dedicated to helping people manage their finances according to the principles found in God's Word. Pete also serves as Kansas State Representative to the 81st District.

White is a licensed psychologist who has worked with families, individuals, and businesses in a variety of settings for over 20 years. A popular speaker, both nationally and internationally, Paul brings his personal experience of growing up in a family owned business, his marriage of over 25 years, and parenting of four children to his work with his clients. He has had the privilege of personally working with numerous families of significant financial wealth across the country over the past 10 years. Nearly 50 gather for first Wichita Christian Chamber

Nearly fifty business men and women joined to launch the beginning of a Wichita Christian Chamber of Commerce (WCCC) September 21 at the Olive Tree on North Rock Road. Russ Jones director of the new organization cast the vision and purpose of WCCC.

"There is great need for an organization such as a Christian Chamber," said Pete DeGraff who is a Kansas State Representative and president of Shepherd's Staff Ministries.
